The status is divided by 5 :
Need Offer ( This means you received1 new service request and you need to give an offer to the client based on their request)
Offer Send ( At this state, you already give customer offer and wait their respond)
Offer Open ( Customer already opened the offer but not react yet)
Need Schedule (Congratulation your offers has been accepted by the customer and you need to make an appointment to do the service)
Offer Decline (Customer declined your request)
